Are you looking for a role that offers real variety, professional challenge, and the chance to make a meaningful impact?
We’re inviting applications for a unique and rewarding position across our well-established Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) service and our newly launched At Risk Mental States (ARMS) service in South West Essex.
This is not a one-dimensional clinical post — you’ll be using your skills across clinical work, supervision, management and service development, making a real difference at every level.
What’s on Offer?
• A split role across two progressive services:
o ESTEP (Essex Support and Treatment for Early Psychosis) – an established, multidisciplinary team providing integrated medical, psychological and psychosocial interventions.
o ARMS – a newly developed, psychology-led service supporting young people aged 14–35 who are at heightened risk of developing psychosis.
• An exciting chance to take on a varied and senior post, with scope for clinical work, team supervision, management duties, and leading service development initiatives.
• Collaborative working across Inclusion Thurrock and Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) – benefiting from a rich multidisciplinary environment.
