A leading organization is seeking a Physiotherapist to enhance their clinical expertise and leadership skills. This role involves rotational work across various specialties, supporting service development and professional growth within Physiotherapy. Ideal candidates will possess strong clinical skills, good management abilities, and relevant experience, contributing to a high-quality Physiotherapy service.

We are seeking applications from Physiotherapists who are keen to develop their clinical knowledge and leadership skills at a more senior level, as well as explore service development within Physiotherapy on a rotational basis across the specialties of Orthopaedics, Surgical/ITU, Acute Medical, and Neuro-Rehabilitation.
Applicants should demonstrate a high standard of clinical expertise in assessing and managing a range of patients and have relevant post-graduate experience in various clinical specialties.
To succeed, applicants must be able to use their initiative and manage their own caseload, requiring good organisational and time management skills.
The post holder will support the Team Lead Physiotherapist in the effective day-to-day running of the Physiotherapy service.
Additionally, the post holder will support the professional development of rotational Band 5 Physiotherapy staff, Healthcare Support Workers, and students.
The successful candidate will work weekends during the Orthopaedic rotation as part of the 7-day service and participate in the emergency respiratory on-call service.
An active CPD programme and staff appraisal system are in place. This post may be considered as a training post (under Annex 21) depending on experience.
