Job summary

Momenta Connect is seeking a Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist to support children and young people in school settings, with some clinic-based and remote opportunities where appropriate. • HCPC and RCOT registration required
• Undergraduate or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• Paediatric occupational therapy experience, ideally in school-based or specialist settings
• Experience completing assessments for Education, Health and Care Plans
• Experience supporting children and young people with SEMH, complex or developmental needs
• Specialist CPD, trauma-informed practice or other relevant training

About the role

You'll work mainly in school settings, with some clinic‑based and remote opportunities where appropriate. As an Occupational Therapist, you'll help unlock children and young people's potential by assessing EHCP‑related needs, delivering specialist interventions and supporting therapy goals to become part of everyday life.

In this role, you'll:

• Assess children and young people's developmental and learning needs, including those linked to Education, Health and Care Plans.
