This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the established Greater Manchester specialist support team, working alongside key stakeholders and partner agencies to enhance community services for individuals who are autistic or have a learning disability.
You will provide high-quality consultation, specialist assessment, and intervention to deliver effective, person-centred clinical services for individuals in contact with or at risk of contact with criminal justice agencies.
The Greater Manchester Specialist Support team is multidisciplinary, including nursing, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, social work, psychology, and psychiatry. You will work across Greater Manchester, liaising with health, social care, and criminal justice agencies to develop proactive, preventative risk mitigation support. The role primarily involves 9-5 hours, Monday to Friday, with participation in a 24-hour on-call rota.
