Position: Full-Time, Temp until April 2025 (Permanent from September 2025)
Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on experience)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join our vibrant primary school in Brent, North West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher to make a real impact in the final year of primary education, with the potential to secure a permanent role from September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to a diverse Year 6 class, preparing students for SATs and secondary school.
  • Plan and deliver a curriculum that meets the individual needs of students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
  • Work closely with other staff members, including teaching assistants, to provide a supportive learning environment.
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, particularly in Year 6 (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment processes (including SATs).
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
  • A passion for helping children reach their full potential and preparing them for the next stage of their education.
