Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Start Your Teaching Journey This September

Location: Barnsley
Pay: £130–£160 per day (PAYE, weekly pay)
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Start Date: September 2025

From supportive SLTs to planning help and friendly mentors, we’ll match you with a school where you’re seen, supported, and set up for success.

What you’ll get:

£130–£160 per day, paid weekly through PAYE

Roles across KS1 and KS2 depending on your preference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
