An established industry player is seeking Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join their innovative team in Bristol and Bath. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a trauma-informed practice model, supporting children who struggle in traditional education settings. You will be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes personal development and ongoing training, ensuring that you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people. If you are passionate about education and want to be part of a supportive environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
We are looking for Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to join ourschool without walls covering the Bristol and Bath areas. You will work with an experienced team in a culture where children are respected, listened to, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

You will be based in our Ofsted registered school but will also support 1 ACE provision locally.
1 ACE (Another Chance Education) is our alternative education provision, which works with children and young people who struggle in their formal or specialised education settings; we offer education on an outreach basis or within one of our Ofsted registered a school.
You will work within a Trauma-informed practice model where we can support and follow a therapeutic practice.
Our leadership team will invest in your progression as a professional in the Education sector. We source and deliver up-to-date training opportunities and prioritise and discuss your personal development goals to ensure you get the most out of your career.
Our young people may have had many adults come in and out of their lives, often adding to their trauma. Therefore, we seek dedicated people who want to continue their careers with a therapeutically based organisation and leading alternative education provision.
