We are seeking to appoint 2 Higher Level Teaching Assistants, 1 to work with an individual pupil in their home and also across the school supporting our pupils when required. The other position will be to cover class teachers and support pupils across the school. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and innovative person dedicated to ensuring the best outcomes for our pupils. You will work as part of a team facilitating innovative opportunities, outstanding levels of care and inspiring experiences to engage and motivate our children and young people.

This role would particularly suit someone with a passion for developing communication and interaction. As well as working directly with pupils, the successful candidate will have a key role in developing and embedding effective communication strategies across the school. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will support the implementation of a consistent, evidence-informed approach to communication, helping to ensure that every pupil is enabled to communicate as effectively and independently as possible.
