Job description

Position: HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) - Fixed-Term Contract

Hours: Full-time, 30 hours per week (46.2 weeks per year)

Location: Isle of Wight, within 10 minutes' drive of schools

Role Overview: We seek an exceptional HLTA to join our dedicated team. As a qualified HLTA with a proven track record of accelerating pupil progress, you will be passionate about children's learning through the curriculum. Experience supporting pupils with additional educational needs in small class settings would be advantageous.
