We are seeking to appoint an HLTA to plan and deliver an offsite learning programme.

The aim is to provide students with a range of activities to enhance our curriculum offer and to promote the personal development of our students.

The student group will be no more than seven students with a TA to support.

It is essential that you hold a full driving license and are confident to drive school transport.

You will work within the schools' behaviour policies and expectations, strengthen links with families and other agencies to support the children referred by the schools.

Responsibilities

The successful candidates will:

  1. have a passion for teaching and learning
  2. have good pastoral skills and behaviour management strategies
  3. be flexible and a committed team player
  4. have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire students
  5. value, and contribute to, the distinctive ethos of the centre

The successful candidates will need to demonstrate a commitment to ensuring that children make rapid progress in a supportive and caring environment.
