The School and Role
The school offers a secure environment with opportunities to work across other schools in the trust. This school is committed to an ethos of nurture, independence, and resilience and, as they have recently been graded good by Ofsted, they are now in a position to seek an enthusiastic, confident, and professional Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support across school from Year 1 - Year 6 students, covering all core subjects in the absence of the class teacher. Are you a passionate and highly skilled HLTA or Level 3 with PPA cover experience looking for a new opportunity in a dynamic and well-organised school in Rochdale?

Requirements

• Provide high-quality support across all core subjects (English, Maths, Science, etc.) to Year 1 - Year 6 students
• Ensure a well-structured learning environment and smooth delivery of lesson plans
• Mark and provide live feedback to students in a supportive and constructive manner
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills to ensure a positive and focused learning atmosphere
• Collaborate with the class teacher and staff to monitor student progress and provide targeted support as needed
