A brand new, independent SEN School in the Borough of Hillingdon is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support students on a full-time, permanent basis. This position commences ASAP.

This fantastic provision offers a child-centred approach for pupils aged 5-11 years with ASD and SLD. The curriculum is specifically designed to equip students with the skills needed for adult life, adopting a holistic understanding of development.

Within the HLTA position, you will be responsible for directing the classroom, covering classes in a wide range of subjects for PPA, and require strong behaviour management skills.
