Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Medway, Kent
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £110 - £130 per day (depending on experience)

As a HLTA, you ll play a key role in supporting teachers, covering lessons when needed, and working closely with students aged +. This is an ideal role for someone with strong classroom skills who is looking for more responsibility without the planning and marking workload of a teacher.

The successful HLTA will have:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role

• A confident presence in the classroom and the ability to engage and motivate students

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

• Flexibility to support across various subjects and year groups
