Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a supportive primary school in Chelmsford. This role involves working closely with KS1 and KS2 teams, leading classes, delivering interventions, and creating engaging learning resources. Experience as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) is encouraged, along with a proactive approach to support students effectively.

Qualifications

Salary: 100 - 120 per day
Job Type: Long-term and full time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
Start Date: September

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Chelmsford to recruit an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for their KS1 and KS2 teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real impact on pupils' progress while working within a committed and friendly staff team.

We encourage applications from experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) who are ready for the next challenge and transition into an HLTA role. While a Level 3 qualification is preferred, the school values hands-on experience and a proactive approach over formal qualifications.
