About the Role:
As an HLTA, you will be expected to support teaching staff in delivering the curriculum, work with small groups or individual pupils, and on occasion, lead lessons under the guidance of a teacher. You’ll play a key role in promoting pupil progress, behaviour, and well-being while helping to maintain a productive learning environment.
