High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Opportunity

The Role:

As a HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational development of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering planned lessons to classes during teacher absences.
  • Supporting teachers in planning and preparing learning activities.
  • Leading small group interventions and 1:1 support sessions.
  • Assisting with the assessment and tracking of pupil progress.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to foster a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent (applications are also welcomed from ECTs looking to gain more experience ahead of completing their first ECT Year)
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a primary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student achievement.
  • Available Full-Time
