What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Helping students soar by providing high-quality support in different subjects and year groups.

  • Teaming up with teachers to plan and deliver lessons that spark curiosity and creativity.

  • Managing classroom behavior and creating a positive, engaging learning environment.

  • Working one-on-one or with small groups to help students shine.

  • Tracking progress and supporting assessments to help every student reach their full potential.

  • Contributing to personalized learning plans that make a real impact.

  • Someone with a HLTA qualification or equivalent (you know your stuff!).
