The Elland Academy is seeking to appoint a HLTA to join our team in September 2025 on a full-time, permanent basis.
Would you like to work for a Trust dedicated to transforming educational outcomes for students in some of the most deprived areas in the North of England? If so, this could be the ideal role for you.
As a HLTA, you will support teachers in delivering the curriculum and contribute to the development of support staff, pupils, and academy policies. You will collaborate with teaching staff, assist in planning and resource management, supervise classes during short-term absences, and support pupils’ welfare and inclusion. Your advanced skills will help raise achievement standards and encourage independent learning among pupils.
Hours: 37 hours per week / Term Time only plus 5 Days (39 Weeks) / Permanent
