Overview

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our friendly and highly successful school. Scissett Middle School is a thriving, over-subscribed and truly unique school for pupils aged 10 to 13, in partnership with Kirkburton Middle School. This collaboration provides the resources of a large school with the personal touch of a small school. Our staff experience high expectations for behaviour, strong relationships, and exceptional progress, and we encourage staff to take risks and enjoy their teaching.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop a strong understanding of the journey from KS2 to KS3 and beyond, working alongside experienced primary, middle and secondary colleagues.
