About the Role

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:

1. Take on a leading role in supporting learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
2. Plan and deliver engaging lessons in collaboration with the teaching team.
3. Provide targeted support to small groups and individual pupils to ensure progress.
4. Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment.
5. Cover lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring continuity in learning.
6. Support the development of innovative teaching strategies and activities.

Applicants Should:

1. Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualifications.
2. Have proven experience working in a primary school setting.
3. Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
4. Be proactive, adaptable, and committed to the success of every child.
