We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our amazing team. This is a great chance to make a real difference in the lives of primary school children, helping them thrive both academically and personally.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting teachers with planning and delivering lessons.

  • Leading small groups or whole-class activities when needed.

  • Helping all children, including those who need a little extra support, to reach their full potential.

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and a happy, inclusive classroom atmosphere.

  • Keeping track of pupil progress and celebrating their successes.

What we’re looking for:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.

  • Experience working with primary-aged children.

  • Confidence to lead learning activities and engage pupils.

  • A friendly, flexible approach and a genuine love for working with children.

  • Great communication skills and a team spirit.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
