Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Full-Time - London - September Start

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in your career?

We're partnering with several inclusive, well-supported primary schools across London seeking dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join their teams this September. This is your chance to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, leading small groups, and working closely with teachers to help every child succeed.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting teachers by delivering planned learning activities to individuals and groups
  • Leading interventions and targeted support across the curriculum
  • Supervising classes in the teacher's absence where appropriate
  • Assisting with assessment, recording and monitoring pupil progress
  • Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
