An established educational institution is on the lookout for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant team. We are seeking to appoint a competent and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our wonderful school on a part time, temporary basis from 1st September 2025. The post is for 19.5 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday, term time only until 31st August 2026.
Greenways Primary Academy is a high attaining, single form entry school where we believe every child should have a positive and enjoyable primary school experience. From Nursery to year 6, we aim to ensure all pupils fulfil their true potential and are ready for their next stage in education.
The HLTA’s main role is to provide class cover support across the school, being able to teach and deliver a high standard of teaching and learning to classes from Nursery to Year 6. You will need to have high expectations of the pupil/s that you work with and yourself, with a determined approach to ensuring every child can succeed. You will join a staff team who are fun, dedicated, hardworking and professional and you will have a strong CPL offer to support you in this exciting role.
