An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a thriving primary school in the Wembley area. The school is seeking an enthusiastic HLTA who can confidently support teaching and learning across Year 3 and Year 4.

The Role
  • Deliver high-quality learning activities and interventions across the primary age range.
  • Lead whole-class teaching when required, following lesson plans set by teachers.
  • Support individual and small groups of pupils to raise attainment and engagement.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to plan and adapt resources to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Contribute to the positive, inclusive, and nurturing ethos of the school.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Proven experience teaching and leading children within a school setting.
  • Confidence working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
