Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) ready to bring your energy and expertise to a warm, inclusive primary school? Protocol Education is excited to be working in partnership with a vibrant one-form entry school in Wolverhampton, currently seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their supportive team.

As a key member of the team, you’ll:

  5. Create a vibrant, engaging space where all learners feel motivated and supported
What You’ll Need:
  1. Prior experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school
  2. Confidence leading lessons and managing classroom dynamics
  3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  4. A sound understanding of inclusive practices and child development
  5. Additional qualifications related to education or special educational needs

Full-time contract role based on the school’s term-time schedule.
