Job Duties:

• Provide excellent classroom support and confidently lead small groups or whole-class lessons.
• Set high expectations for pupils, supporting their academic and personal growth.
• Build positive and supportive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
• Embrace and contribute to the school’s inclusive and aspirational ethos.
• Foster an environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.

Required Qualifications:

HLTA, Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant
• Knowledge of classroom support techniques and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Strong organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional qualifications in education or related field
