Qualifications

We’re looking for an enthusiastic HTLA to deliver engaging lessons across the school, supporting pupils in reaching their full potential. You’ll be working across all Primary year groups from Pre-School to Year 6.   • HLTA qualification or relevant experience (essential)
  • UK driving licence (desired)
  • Experience supporting children’s learning, especially those with additional needs
  • Warm and approachable team player

  • Confidence in leading lessons and stepping in when needed
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, ready to take initiative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide whole-class supervision and PPA cover as required.
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Support individual students and small groups to enhance learning.
  • Contribute to curriculum programs and classroom environment.
  • Maintain records of pupils' progress and observations.
  • Work independently to support pupils and adapt learning as needed.
  • Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and school policies.
