Are you a Level 3 Teaching Assistant seeking a part-time role?

We are recruiting for adaptive and friendly HLTA to provide part-time cover across one of our partnership Primary Schools in the Wakefield area, from September 2025.You will be responsible for the effective delivery of lessons in the Teachers short-term absence/PPA cover, enabling a smooth transition and interim support for pupils across key stages 1/2 to meet the needs of the schools.Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, this role would be suitable for Level 3 qualified Teaching Support Staff or ECT's seeking to strengthen their professional skillset and experience a diverse range of schools.The inclusive Primary School are seeking a confident and engaging Higher Level Teaching Assistant to promote consistency in learning and enable positive progression for all pupils. You will join a dedicated learning community, promoting a safe, happy and enjoyable learning environment, where pupils feel supported to build confidence and become the best they can possibly be!You can expect to earn up to £100 per day for this role, salary is negotiable depending on experience.We are seeking candidates with:

• A full and relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
• Previous experience delivering lessons in the Teachers absence.
• Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
• An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
• Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
