Monday to Friday, term-time role

Qualified HLTA

Full Time Equivalent Salary: £29,787 to £32,406 per annum.

Pro Rata Salary: £23,021.36 to £25,045.49 per annum (based on working arrangements)

We have an opportunity for a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join us at Kenyngton Manor Primary School. In this role, you will cover classes under the professional supervision of a teacher or leader, plan and deliver programmes for groups of pupils, support students with special educational needs and/or disabilities to access the curriculum, and may line manage Learning Support Assistants with oversight from the Leadership Team.

What are we Looking For:

  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with a commitment to helping.
  • An HLTA qualification or other relevant qualifications at level 2 or 3, such as NNEB.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competence with IT tools and the ability to analyze and present data.
  • Experience working in education or SEND environments.
