Are you passionate about supporting students to reach their full potential? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team in Stockton on a part-time basis.
About the Role:

As an HLTA, you will provide high-level support to teachers and students, assisting with lesson delivery, planning, and classroom management. You will work closely with students across various abilities, offering both group and one-on-one support, and playing a key role in their academic progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver targeted interventions and support to students with varying needs.
  • Assist the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons.
  • Manage classroom behavior and ensure a productive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN).
