Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons with teacher guidance.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN).
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth classroom operations.
• Take on additional responsibilities such as leading activities and covering classes when needed.
