Job Description:

• Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant
• Location: England, Greater London, Romford
• Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time

Job Duties:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour
• Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties
• Preparing educational materials and resources

Required Qualifications:

• Enhanced DBS check
• Previous experience working in a school setting

Education:

• GCSEs in English and Maths

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Teaching Assistant

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Understanding of child development and learning processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• First Aid certification
• Specialist training in supporting students with special educational needs

Working Conditions:

• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
• Work in a classroom environment
• Potential for occasional additional hours or weekend work
