About the role

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Northampton

The role:
Vision for Education is recruiting for a skilled and experienced HLTA to support teaching and learning across primary schools in Northampton. This role is ideal for confident practitioners looking to step up and lead classes, provide targeted interventions, and work closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality education.

As a HLTA, you'll be delivering planned lessons, supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups, and stepping in for teacher absence when required. Your knowledge and leadership will make a real difference in the classroom, and you'll play an important part in helping students reach their full potential.

We’re looking for motivated, flexible, and confident individuals who can build strong relationships, support pupils of varying abilities, and contribute positively to a school’s ethos.

Requirements:
HLTA status or equivalent qualification
