Veritas Education is looking for a HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to work in a secondary school in Hayes, Hillingdon. You will collaborate with teachers and other teaching assistants to support children's attainment and progress. Experience leading a class is a bonus for this role. You will need to support children's learning up to GCSE level, adapt to individual needs, and observe and carry out sessions instructed by the teacher to enhance progress.

Key skills and experience needed as HLTA:

• Degree preferred, in core subjects or related fields such as psychology and sociology
• Ideally completed TEFL/CELTA
• Experience working with children with EAL
• Enthusiastic and creative approach to learning
• Support delivery of the curriculum
• High levels of professionalism
