Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service recommended.
• Strong references supporting classroom experience and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons and support groups across EYFS, KS1 & KS2.
• Work closely with teaching staff and occasionally cover full classes.
• Make a positive impact in children's learning.

Days: Monday, Thursday, Friday (3 days per week)

Reeson Education is working closely with a client Primary School in Battersea, SW11, who are looking to appoint a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team as soon as possible.

The Role:

This is a flexible and rewarding HLTA position covering classes across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will be working closely with teaching staff to deliver lessons, support groups and occasionally cover full classes. This role is ideal for someone with strong curriculum knowledge and a proactive approach to supporting children's learning.

• An experienced TA with extensive school based experience, a HLTA, or an teacher looking for a less demanding role

• Strong classroom management

• Excellent knowledge of the Primary curriculum across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
