Here at the Willow Tree Federation in Lancaster we are looking for an experienced and skilled HLTA to cover PPA across KS1 and KS2. This position will be over 2.5 days and a total of 18 hours per week.

The Role

  • You will be part of a team that help ensure our children have the best start in life. You will be working with a range of children that have SEND needs, working closely with and supporting the class teacher, families and agencies.

  • Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • Passion to deliver high quality provision and exciting learning opportunities
  • SEND experience, particularly for children with SEMH and Communication and Language difficulties

  • Experience of observations, assessments and planning for the needs of children
