Academics are on the search for a qualified Higher Level teaching Assistant (HLTA) who has a passion for working with children.

Vacancy Details
  • Vacancy: Higher Level Teaching Assistant
  • Location: High Wycombe
  • Contract: Long term contract to July
  • Pay: £110 to £130 per day
  • Start: November 2025
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the teaching staff in delivering high-quality lessons
  • Lead intervention groups and provide additional support to students who require it
  • Contribute to the planning and preparation of lessons, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the students
  • Assist with the assessment and evaluation of student progress
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Requirements
  • A relevant Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Experience working in a primary school setting
  • Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum
