We are currently recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor to join a supportive and welcoming school in Aylesbury.

This exciting Aylesbury-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to play a vital part in the education of young people. You'll cover lessons in the absence of teaching staff and also lead small group interventions, helping pupils achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise full classes during teacher absences
  • Support students in small groups or one-to-one interventions
  • Lead and manage a team of Assistant Teachers
  • Assist with planning, resource development and lesson delivery
  • Contribute to inclusion and behaviour strategies
