This role is perfect for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant with EYFS experience who can confidently lead a class during PPA cover and support small groups. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Reception class when the teacher is on PPA cover.

• Provide small group support in phonics, literacy, and early numeracy.

• Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or substantial experience in a similar role.
