Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Primary Phase
Location: Eastleigh/Hedge End area
Hours: 08:30 – 15:30, Full-Time
Pay: £80 – £100 per day
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Long-term (Potential to become permanent)

Supply Desk is currently seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a fantastic full-time role within a medium, welcoming and Ofsted “Good” rated school.
This role is perfect for an HLTA who’s comfortable stepping in to lead a class when needed (with additional support from LSAs), taking support interventions for English and Maths and supporting accross the primary age phase. You'll play a vital role in maintaining high standards of learning, behaviour, and engagement across the school.

️ Is confident delivering lessons and following plans
️ Is experienced working across the primary age range
