Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Primary School – Deal

Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next rewarding role? We’re working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Deal, Kent, who are seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their team from October 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a nurturing school environment that values creativity, inclusivity, and high standards of learning. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, leading small group interventions, and covering classes when required.

The Role

As a HLTA, you will:
