Balfor Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Coventry. Requirements

To be considered for this HLTA position, you will need:

• Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification or equivalent.
• Experience supporting pupils with SLD, MLD, ASD and complex learning needs.
• Level 1 Safeguarding Certificate.
• Recent school-based references.
• Valid photo identification (Driving Licence or Passport).
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered with the DBS Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
