Qualifications

  • Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools is essential.

Job description

North West England, Lancashire, Chorley

Temporary, Full-Time hours

£83.85 - £100 Per day

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the teacher in delivering lessons and providing additional support to students
  • Assisting with the planning and preparation of teaching materials
  • Supervising students during class and other activities
  • Providing one-to-one support to students with learning difficulties
  • Assessing and recording student progress
Minimum Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
  • Experience working in a classroom setting
  • Good understanding of the national curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • First Aid certification
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs
Additional Information:
  • Work in a school environment
  • Regular working hours during school term times
  • Potential for dealing with challenging behaviour from students.
