A leading education agency is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support students in a mainstream Primary School in North London. The role involves teaching, managing behaviour, and providing additional support to children, particularly those with special educational needs. Higher Level Teaching Assistant
A Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will be expected to teach and cover classes in teacher's absences using their planning to continue students learning. Within this role, you may be asked to carry out intervention tasks to support students lacking confidence as well as assisting students who need additional support with their learning.
You will be supporting pupils across the school and working outside the classroom in extracurricular activities. Your skills and experience will be put to the test by supporting the learning and development of each pupil dedicated to you, ensuring they are encouraged, supported and managed in an effective manner to meet their needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
