Higher Level Teaching Assistant – KS2

Location: Birmingham

Hours: Part-Time hours across 5 days

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

The Role:

1. Deliver engaging lessons and interventions to KS2 pupils
2. Support the teaching staff in creating a positive learning environment
3. Provide targeted support to groups and individuals to enhance progress
4. Cover classes in the teacher’s absence

What We’re Looking For:

1. HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
2. Experience working within a primary school, particularly KS2
3. Strong communication and classroom management skills
4. A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning
