Job summary

Star Academies' Eden Girls' Leadership Academy in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated support staff member to provide tailored support to our pupils. You will help create an outstanding learning environment, building relationships with students, parents and staff.

We seek a Level 3 qualification and experience with children, including SEND, to join our collaborative team. The role supports safeguarding and equality and offers the chance to contribute to our leadership-led program.

• Level 3 qualification (NVQ level 3 or A level).
• Experience of working with children in a secondary school or other setting.

About Eden Girls' Leadership Academy, Birmingham

Eden Girls' Leadership Academy, Birmingham is a secondary school for 11 to 16 year old girls which opened in September 2019 and we were graded as 'Outstanding' in all areas by Ofsted during our first inspection in February 2024. The school has a Muslim faith designation, welcoming applications from pupils of all faiths and none. Like all Star schools, it will have a leadership specialism.

You will be committed to making a positive difference to young people's lives and in supporting and developing their learning. Your intervention will help enable an outstanding learning environment for our young people, providing the support they need to succeed.

The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills. You will have the ability to effectively support learning and teaching, and to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.

You will have:

• Level 3 qualification (NVQ level 3 or A level).
