Job summary

Loughborough College Group is seeking a Higher Education Disability Advisor to coordinate tailored support for students with disabilities and learning needs at Loughborough College. You will identify reasonable adjustments and exam arrangements to help students achieve their potential and enjoy a positive learning experience.

This term-time only role (40 weeks) sits within the Higher Education Welfare and Support Team, with a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating support for students with disabilities.
• Ability to identify reasonable adjustments and exam arrangements.
• Relevant professional or academic qualification at higher education level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tailored support for students with disabilities and learning needs.
• Identify barriers to learning and implement reasonable adjustments.
• Collaborate with the Higher Education Welfare and Support team to ensure timely support.
