Loughborough College Group is seeking a Higher Education Disability Advisor to join the team at Loughborough College. The role supports students with disabilities, coordinating adjustments and exam arrangements to maximise student experience across a large college group.

The successful candidate will have a relevant higher education qualification and commit to 40 weeks per year, with a generous benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

• Hold a relevant professional or academic qualification at higher education level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tailored support for students with a disability and/or learning needs.
• Identify reasonable adjustments and exam arrangements to support learning.
• Collaborate with the Higher Education Welfare and Support team and report to the manager.
