Job summary

Bimplus is seeking two Project Managers to join a growing team delivering major higher education projects in Southampton. You will work within an established project team, coordinating consultants, contractors, end users, and senior stakeholders.

The role focuses on programme management, risk, reporting, and project controls across a busy portfolio. Travel to Southampton two to three days per week is required.

Qualifications

• Prior project management experience within a construction consultancy.
• Experience delivering projects through pre-contract and construction stages.
• MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or progress towards a relevant professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead higher education projects across the Southampton estate.
• Programme management, consultant coordination, procurement support, risk management, change control, project reporting, stakeholder engagement, and contractor liaison.
• Chair meetings, track actions, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure project information is communicated clearly.
