The Higher Clerical Officer provides comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service and, where appropriate, supervise clerical staff and provide support to line managers.

What we'll need you to bring
  • Educated to Higher Grade level.

  • Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure.
  • Proficient IT skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy, and discretion are maintained at all times.

Please note, for all vacancies where a driving licence is required, it must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.

Please note this is a part-time post, and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.

Location and Working Pattern

This role will be based in the Clydesdale Locality.

The working pattern for this role is 8am - 12noon and 12noon - 4pm on alternate weeks.
